At Emerald Minerals, we value transparency and honesty in our customer relationships. However, we do not offer refunds on any purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise below.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Dissatisfaction with product appearance
- Astrological ineffectiveness
- Change of personal beliefs or preferences
- Any non-defective or undamaged item
All purchases are final once confirmed.
🛡 Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The item is damaged during transit, and
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with valid proof (e.g., clear photos and order number)
In such cases, our team will investigate and issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
