❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Color or size preferences
- Perceived astrological ineffectiveness
- Minor natural variations in stones
Each product is carefully inspected and packed before shipment to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is physically damaged or not as ordered, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
